So at almost 1 am we have people with ladders in our room looking at the issues. i called the front desk and they were friendly and sent two different people uo to look at the issues.
After the event, came back to the room hoping to go to sleep but instead came back to the air conditioner not working and it being super hot.and to.top it off the fire alarm chirping non stop.this was around midnight. We stayed here while attending an event for the evening.
